Service Area & Pricing

Serving clients in Prescott, Prescott Valley, and Chino Valley.

$100 per session
Sessions typically last 1.5 to 2 hours.

Each appointment includes a comprehensive evaluation of your whole horse, along with time spent understanding your goals and concerns. This individualized approach ensures your horse receives attentive, thorough, and tailored care.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee, regardless of services rendered.


Travel Outside the Prescott, Prescott Valley & Chino Valley Area

Travel beyond the Tri-City area is defined as locations requiring more than a 45-minute drive.

For travel outside the Tri-City area, a minimum of four horses within the same location/area must be booked.

$135 per horse — Travel outside the Tri-City area within Arizona.

For inquiries outside of Arizona, please contact Rachel directly for custom pricing.
Out-of-state travel requires a minimum of eight horses to be scheduled.

New horse appointments require a deposit to secure scheduling. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the appointment.

 

Oregon Clients

I return to Oregon about every three months to work with horses and truly value the relationships built there.

I am currently welcoming new equine clients in Oregon. A deposit is required to secure scheduling for all new horses.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made with Rachel.

If payment is not received after services are rendered, no additional appointments will be scheduled until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.

Accepted forms of payment include debit cards, credit cards, cash, and checks.
